Strategic Innovation Pathways

Now we turn foundations into strategy. Strategic Innovation Pathways (also called Growth Pathways) are the routes a business chooses to take its innovation from where it is today (point A) to where it wants to be tomorrow (point B). This module covers how to set your "hunting grounds", the three fundamental value strategies, and the seven distinct pathways - the practical map for deciding how to attack markets with innovation.
