Methods of Innovation
Innovation is not magic - it has methods. This module surveys the major methods an innovation professional draws on: Needfinding, DDI and ODI for discovering opportunities; Design Thinking / HCD for human-centred system design; TRIZ / ARIZ for technical problem-solving; and reframing and ideation methods like Question Storming and Lateral Thinking. Crucially, you will learn when to use each.
